Отдых в живописном хвойном лесу на берегу реки Рузы. Ухоженная территория. Уютный одноэтажный дом, 60 кв.м. с двумя изолированными спальнями и кухней-гостиной. В доме теплый пол. Кухня полностью оборудована всем необходимым: холодильник, варочная плита, СВЧ, чайник, посуда и столовые приборы.
Телевизор с подключением к интернету, WiFi.

В ванной комнате комплекты полотенец, одноразовые принадлежности, фен. У дома просторная терраса с уличной мебелью, имеются костровая и мангальные зоны.
Возможно заказать баню и чан с подогревом.

Имеется свой пирс, сапы и лодка, удочки для рыбалки.

Для комфортного проживания оптимально максимальное заселение до 5 человек (в кухне-гостиной есть дополнительное спальное место). Если вы хотите приехать с домашним питомцем, пожалуйста, уточните заранее.

Для детей есть батут, качели, теннисный стол, бадминтон.
